Parininihi Ki Waitotara Incorporation (PKW) is a Taranaki based land incorporation managing the interests of approximately 9,000 shareholders. These interests include the management of leases over 18,000 hectares of productive farm land, operating 14 dairy farms as well as dairy farm partnerships in New Zealand and Australia.

• US-based investments in biotechnology and agricultural technology;
• Australian-based dairy farming partnerships;
• Joint venture fishing interests with New Zealand and Australian quota ownership;
• Several Taranaki-based commercial properties;
• Modest interests in forestry; and
• Australian–based property development
